The winter season calls for rest and nourishment. If you’ve felt the pull toward inner tending, this is for you. During this 4-week gathering, you will have access to daily journal prompts and guided meditation practices. Once a week, we will meet virtually for a workshop meant to deepen our connection to the season.
What To Expect
Week 1: Soften into Stillness
A week to arrive, slow down, and listen inward. Through mindful journaling, breath, and soft movement, we begin to melt the inner frost and create space for quiet presence.
Week 2: Soften into Connection
This week invites you into the gentle embrace of the winter landscape. We soften the boundaries between self and earth, practicing forest bathing and rooted belonging in the quiet woods.
Week 3: Soften into Expression
From stillness comes creation. Through intuitive artmaking, we let the season move through color, texture, and form — expressing what words cannot and honoring beauty in the in-between.
Week 4: Soften into Ceremony
Our closing week gathers everything we’ve tended. We’ll honor winter’s gifts through simple ritual — integrating rest, creativity, and connection as we prepare for the slow return of light.

Time: Thursdays 7:00pm-8:30pm from Jan. 22 - Feb. 12
Investment: $150 ~ includes daily journal prompts and guided meditations, 4 virtual workshops, and access to the workshops for up to 1 month
