Cultivate Connection
social offerings
A series of outdoor offerings designed to connect kindred spirits with one another in local natural spaces.
These are not formal forest bathing experiences; the only guided portion of these offerings are nature immersion meditations as we begin. The rest of the experience is open-ended, with plenty of space for conversation, exploration, and community!
Cultivate Connection experiences are offered once a month at a low-cost, sliding scale to make them as accessible as possible.
Wander in the Woods
Community Nature Walk + Tea Circle
A gentle, slow-paced forest walk for those who love to spot every detail. Starting with a guided meditation, we will venture through a nature trail together in an environment that welcomes soft exploration and conversation. We will then find a spot to sit and enjoy the space around us, pull oracle cards, and drink tea.
You are welcome to point out your findings, chat about your day, and enjoy the company of nature lovers!
Morning Mindfulness
Guided Meditation + Nature Journaling
A peaceful morning of mindfulness, nature connection, and reflective journaling. We will begin with a guided meditation to settle into the space, followed by gentle nature journaling prompts to encourage observation, curiosity, and creative reflection.
No prior journaling experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself time to slow down, notice, and connect.
Art in the Woods
Nature-Inspired Community Art Gathering
A welcoming circle of artistic play, nature journaling, and creative discoveries. We will do a meditation to immerse in the space, then create freely in a judgement-free space with other inspiring minds.
You are welcome to bring your own supplies, or use what’s provided!
“On every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks.”
— John Muir
