What To Expect
Find a cozy spot in front of a winter or outside view and join others online for a gentle at-home forest bathing experience. Participants will join a Zoom call where Kelsey will have prepared a guided session to immerse you in whatever nature view is accessible to you. All you have to do is find a comfortable place (outside or indoors), and open your heart and mind to what wonders may be hidden in front of you.
Everyone is encouraged to brew their favorite tea blend to enjoy during the experience.
