Day One

2:00-4:00pm - arrive

Day Two

8:00-11:00am - arrive at the retreat

12:00pm - lunch and welcome ceremony

1:30pm - intention setting and journaling

2:30pm - guided forest bathing walk

8:00am - morning meditation and yoga

10:30am - tubing in the creek
