What is Forest Bathing?

Also known as Shin-Rin Yoku, forest bathing is an immersive experience that encourages you to enjoy nature at a slower pace to take in the atmosphere around you and keep your mind in the present.

As a growing global wellness movement, it is backed by nearly 40 years of scientific research on the holistic benefits of immersing yourself in nature.

⟡ For your body: Release stress and blood pressure, breathe fresh air, boost your immune system, and get moving.

⟡ For your mind: Settle your awareness in nature's soothing atmosphere, and go home with improved sleep and mental focus.

⟡ For your spirit: Connect with and gain inspiration from the living earth with increased creativity and mood.

Crafted Invitations

Invitations are gentle suggestions to help immerse you in your environment. They are inclusive and personalized for each walk and its participants.

Participants are encouraged to do what is best for them, to get the most out of their experience. Your guide will always offer modifications as necessary to make experiences as accessible as possible.
